A complex nose leads with citrus, lemon tree flowers, white peach and fresh coconut complemented with a floral tone that underscores its minerality. The zesty palate with notes of orange rind is softened by lees contact, leading to a lingering finish. This wine will complement rich fish dishes like sashimi or any shellfish. It works well with seared foie gras, complex salads and Roquefort or Camembert cheese.
Serve at 10°-14°C.
