GALELA Wines is a growing South African wine collection founded in honour of our fathers and fore fathers. Our aim is to inspire and encourage entrepreneurial spirit amongst youth. Wine is our passion since many years. Starting one bottle at a time, enjoy with us as we grow this range.
A M A Y A is a lovely blend of 61% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot. Dark red with intense red ripe berry bouquet plus roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate notes. Medium-bodied with an elegant structure. Aged in French oak barrel for 16 months. Perfect with filet mignon, peppersteak, roast pork, Pékin duck or hard aged cheese. Serve at 18°C.
