Description
VeraVin, derived from “veraison”, describes the onset of ripening in the grape-growing process. Just as it is pleasurable to bite into a sun-ripened fruit, take pleasure in enjoying this mature VeraVin wine.
A creative blend of 53% Syrah, 30% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Mourvèdre, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. A deep ruby red. Lovely cassis, black cherries and jasmine aromas. Fresh, elegant entry, full-bodied with blueberry hints. Superb wine with black tea notes on long finish. Matured for 18 months in 225 L French oak barrels. Perfect with braised oxtail, ribeye steak, roast pork or blue cheese. Serve at 18° C.
