A sun-kissed yellow with fine mousse from this vibrant Chardonnay MCC. Upfront yeasty notes are followed by brioche and orange rind. Full, rich palate with brioche, citrus, and green apple. Beady, creamy finish with hints of cashew. Lovely as an aperitif. Pairs well with mussels, oysters, salmon, fried calamari, roast chicken with herbs, or soft cheese and almonds. Serve at 9°.
