A lovely light pink colour from Pinot Noir grapes. Upfront aromas of strawberries, raspberries plus subtle hints of flowers and spice. The palate is extremely fresh and fruity with fine grained mid palate tannins. This crisp, fresh rosé MCC pairs well with smoked salmon, shrimp, duck, fresh red berries salad, or watermelon and feta cheese. Serve at 9°.
