ASW is a 100% proudly South African black female-owned brand. Enjoy memorable occasions and savour precious moments. An attractive, complex bouquet of plum, red berries and white pepper flavours. The palate shows balanced layers of dark fruit and spices. It has integrated tannins, a medium-bodied structure and a long finish. Matured in 225 L French oak barrels for 18 months. Pairs well with roast leg of lamb, spareribs, Osso Bucco and blue or hard cheeses. Serve at 16°-18°C.
