Made in the traditional French Méthode Champenoise, Bellucci MCC has intense brioche and yeasty dough aromas with citrus, ripe yellow apple and honeysuckle on the nose. Crisp entry with yellow apple, citrus rind, vanilla on full, rounded palate. Long, creamy finish with hints of cashew nuts. Rich, yellow-gold colour with a fine mousse. Pairs well with oysters, salmon, sole meunière, quiche, soft cheeses and fresh fruit salad. Serve at 9-10° C.
