Made in the traditional French Méthode Champenoise, Bellucci MCC has a lovely salmon-pink colour with a fine mousse. Strawberries on the nose with hints of black cherries on the pallet. With 12 months lees contact it is well structured, elegant, with a long, crisp finish. Pairs well with shrimps, smoked salmon, fried calamari, oysters, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Serve at 8-10° C.
