Listen to a relaxing piano piece while sipping this superb blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Syrah. A rich garnet red. Cassis and pencil notes on the nose. Palate filled with cedar wood, cigar box flavours on a full body with a long finish. Matured for 15 months in 225 L French oak barrels. Firm tannins, yet ready to enjoy now. Can age for another five years. Perfect with a juicy ribeye steak, grilled filet mignon, wild mushroom risotto, or blue cheese.
Serve at 16-18° C.
