Rich, dark red colour. Rich, aromatic nose with whiffs of ripe, black berries. A velvety palate with smoked meat, truffle, black berries, featuring spicy undertones of cinnamon. Dense fruit and integrated presence of wood. Elegant, long finish. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Enjoy with oxtail, rich game meat, spare ribs, grilled steak or hard cheese. Serve at 16° – 18° C.
