A lovely blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Petit Verdot, 13% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc. Dark red with intense red ripe berry bouquet plus roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate notes. Medium-bodied with an elegant structure. Aged in French oak barrels for 16 months. Perfect with filet mignon, pepper steak, roast pork, Pékin duck or hard aged cheese.
Serve at 18° C.
