Description
The Mhudi Wines are made from grapes of dryland vineyards, which showcase the uniqueness of the wines grown in this testing terroir.
Vinification The grapes are harvested from soils that are mainly decomposed granite and glenrosa. The vines are in natural balance, giving a low yield of 7 tons per hectare to enhance fruit complexity. Technical Notes R/S: 3.2g/l • T/A: 6.1g/l • V/A: 0.67g/l • Ph: 3.48 • Alc: 14.37%
Tasting Notes
Deep garnet. Red berries and dark chocolate on the nose. Red velvet cake, sour cherry and kirschwasser on the nose. Medium palate, layered and rich. Drink now or keep for a few more years.
