Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, this Cap Classique displays a clean, elegant profile with a fine, persistent mousse train.  Fresh aromas of lemon and lime zest are lifted by delicate brioche notes. Citrus and green apples fill a well-balanced palate, leading to a lingering finish. Delicious with mussels, oysters, lobster, grilled line fish, fried calamari, roast chicken with herbs, or brie, camembert and nuts.
