This salmon pink CC displays a clean and elegant profile with fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of fresh red berries, Turkish delight, and floral notes fill the nose. The palate is well balanced and refreshing, with lingering notes of creaminess, raw honey, and citrus. Lovely as an aperitif. It pairs well with smoked salmon, shrimp, roasted duck, fried calamari, roast chicken with herbs, fresh fruit salad, or watermelon and feta cheese.

Serve at 9°C.
