Layered cassis, red cherries, and black plum notes in the glass. Soft tannins thanks to 18 months aging in 225L French oak barrels. Lovely with roast leg of lamb and rosemary, slow-braised beef and basil, Portabello mushrooms, or hard aged cheeses.
Serve at 16° – 18° C.
